Tell Us About Yourself

Fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page and tell us a bit about your project. Try to include as much information as possible about what your vision is, what you hope to achieve by having a website, and any examples that you’ve found inspiration from. We will respond within 1 business day to schedule an initial phone call to get a better understanding of the scope of the project.

Phone Consultation

This initial call will be brief, but necessary in order for us to understand your goals and vision for the website. This will help us understand things like your timeline, any specific requests and an overall scope of the project at hand.

Proposal

We will summarize our conversations and send a proposal to your email within 2-3 business days of the initial phone consultation. The proposal will provide information like the project completion timeline, an estimated quote for the website (not including the free design mockup) and the terms of the website development agreement.

If you’re comfortable with the budget and terms of the proposal then we can begin with the Free Custom Mockup. There are no binding contracts or any exchange of funds up to this point.

Further Information Gathering

We want to make sure that we gather all the necessary information necessary to ensure an accurate mockup. We will send you a short questionnaire that will ask for things like colors, fonts, website examples and/or any visual concepts, images, or videos you’d like included on the site.

Free Mockup Delivery

The mockup should be completed within 5 business days and we will deliver a Photoshop PDF file of the home page for your review. From here, we can make revisions and produce a final submission according to your specifications.

Web Development Agreement is Signed

If you’re happy and you would like to move forward with the development of your site, then we will sign on the dotted lines and move forward with the terms, timeline and quote outlined in the proposal.

Zero Obligations

If you’re not happy, or this wasn’t what you were looking for then that’s ok too. We will reserve the legal rights to the mockup design. This means that you will not be able to use the free mockup to build your site without providing us with full compensation of the work completed.
